Lucille Travels Chapter 2016
As I write this blog we are almost done with the page 1 of another 365 days of a year. I can't help but be thankful for the past year that made me see the 14 provinces in the Philippines. My life in 2016 would have been a drab and mostly a series of negative events, but I don't want to dwell on those things right now. I want to write it here how thankful I am for ending 2016 with a grateful heart and full of answered prayers from up above. I admit that a few years back I would always question God whenever there are things that are not going my way. But let me share with you how He became my strength through my ups and downs. Whenever you feel sad or disappointed, call on Him and He will lend you a helping hand. When you feel happy Thank Him for showing you the way. And when you don't know where you are going to, pause for a while, pray and He will lead you to where your heart truly desires. When something happens in our life, good or bad, make sure that all your prayers leads to you Praying for His guidance and right timing in everything. I may not be the most holy, or without any sin, but always make sure to repent your sins to Him and He will embrace you with open arms. God is my savior and my Strength.

Surf's up: BALER
Baler Philippines is a municipality located in Aurora, Central Luzon. It is also known as one of the top Surf spots in the Philippines and in South-east Asia. We travelled from Pampanga and it took us around 5 hours to reach the Poblacion in Baler. It is a progressive town with its own banks and a lot of places to chill and have drinks at night as well. It is a haven for people like me who just wants to enjoy the sceneries of the area and try to surf as well. I travelled with my boyfriend and two of my friends from Highschool, Keith and AJ. Nothing beats a long ride with people who you enjoy to be with. Non- stop sightseeing, making a fool of each other and eating inside the car.

Lucille Travels: goes to Mt. Ulap
Mt. Ulap is located in Itogon, Benguet. The entry point is at Brgy. Ampucao and the exit point is at Sta. Fe. It is a 1846 MASL mountain and you could finish it in a 5-6 hours of dayhike, it is also an easy mountain to hike if you're around Baguio City. Going there you could take a jeepney from the city proper going to Brgy. Ampucao, or if you are bringing your car, you may also do so since they have a parking lot in the area. Once you are in the area you need to register at the barangay hall and then secure a guide. (Mandatory) After that the guide will orient you about the hike and the three peaks and attraction of Mt. Ulap, the Ambunao Paoay, Gungal Rock and Mt. Ulap Peak. The guide told us that it is somehow a mini Mt. Ugo because of the pine and grassland ridges.
