A weekend getaway: Crystal Beach

If you are looking for a quick getaway from the city life, Crystal Beach is the place to be. I've been searching for beaches around north that week when I happen to stumble upon an blog regards Crystal Beach. Since its a long weekend we wanted to utilize our time to see each other for a quick weekend getaway before we go home and take some rest until the end of the weekend.

Cute nippa huts, right?

Welcome to paradise! :)

We are on a tight budget as well because it was a week before the payday! Haha. Anyway, the rates in the resort is not that bad compared to other beach resorts in the area. My goal was to be in a beach without riding a boat and as well as paying less than 500 for the overnight stay. They have a website in which you can check here crystalbeach.com.ph
Let the weekend commence.

Happy kid,

The lowest rooms you can avail is at 1700 good for 2 pax and additional 600 per pax at a maximum of 4. That room is with fan only and you need to share the bathroom as well.

Chill vibes.

The place is really serene! Imagine us getting to the place by 12noon and decided to pitch our tent first then eat lunch. After lunch we saw one of the swings vacated so we just sit there until 4pm while I was reading a book and sleeping in between my daze eyes.

Just reading in between my naps. Haha!

This is the campsite! Cool trees right?
Just really enjoying the beach before actually swimming.

Hi there pogi 😘

The food in the place is good for 2 pax as well and it's price reasonably and the food is tasty! Yey! But if you really want to save more money, you can opt to pack some food and just cook there. Trust me, it will lessen your needed budget.

Pine trees are all over the place, it gives you a vibe of Anawangin as well, but I like it here because of the lesser crowd.
In between laughs because he's making up stories about people in the crowd 😂 #portablejoker
Our favorite spot in the beach. Wooden chairs!

Oh and since I've already told you that we pitched our own tent here are the rates. You need to pay 295 pesos per head for overnight stay if you bring your own and 500 pesos per head if they will provide the tent.

Him enjoying the view as well, lakas maka relax.

So here's my say regards to the beach. You can actually surf in there at 350 per hour rate with instructor. The beach is not that clean but its really not that noticeable because its somewhat relaxing just to seat in their wooden chairs facing the coast line. The sand before the shoreline is greyish white and is fine, imagine anawangin if you've been there. Ahhhh, my partner and I will definitely come back to this place. Its the beach you would want to call your home away from home kinda thing. And if your into swimsuits and would love anything other than walk around freely without anyone paying much attention to your body, this is that beach! So, for just 2000 pesos we found a place to stay, eat and relax! What a great big deal right!?

Morning waves, there are more surfers by morning.

Our fave spot, and then Mt. Pundaquit is saying hi to you from the background :) 💁🏻

Sunset.
P.s. He's beginning to love beaches as well. Haha! Thank u for tolerating my love for water.

And off we go back again to the city!

Till next,
Safe travels

Xo,

Lucille
